It looks cheap. [That material doesn't look very sturdy, either...]
[About 52000 yen is a unique idea of cheap, but Roxas isn't going to get into the price. He's pretty sure he heard that the recipient of a gift isn't supposed to know how much it cost.
But he certainly had to put some work into affording such a thing. He can say that much, right?]

[It doesn't look too advanced, but... it's certainly some kind of machine. Even if it's not useful to him, he could always take it apart or try to improve on the design. He's been reluctant to take apart his phone in case he can't put it back together, but something like this wouldn't be a big deal if it breaks.
Add isn't really sure what to say. Save up for it how? He only has a vague idea of how this world's currency works but they didn't get anything for answering a prayer. Did Roxas go out of his way to buy this?

Eventually, he forces himself to sigh to break the silence, bending down to pick up the small robot. He brings it over to his desk so he can avoid facing at Roxas any longer.]

[So Add would have free reign of the temple for a while. He thinks with something to tinker with, he'll probably be busy enough. Besides which, there's the way he already holes up in his room to begin with. It may well be that Add wouldn't have noticed that he and Ludger are gone...
But it seems like the sort of thing that he ought to say, since they live in the same place]
[So Roxas will be gone for the day. It doesn't seem like an important point to bring up. Why would Add care about what Roxas does in his free time? Add is fine with keeping to his own space, and it's not like he ever announces when he's going to be away...

[There's nothing of emotion in the response, flatter even than his voice usually is. It's not as though Roxas can within reason be bothered - Add has no reason to remember why he would care about something like this. Has no reason to care for himself.
And yet, irrationally, it does gnaw at him. So his voice just becomes even more subdued than it already was.
Or maybe it's that stinging he's getting from Add for some reason. It could easily be that]
[His tone isn't angry, but it's still needlessly harsh and curt. He doesn't understand why he's acting like this. Something about being treated so thoughtfully...
He should at least say thank you... but it feels like it's too late now. It would just sound tacked on. Roxas hasn't said anything about it, so maybe he doesn't care if Add is grateful or not.]
